why growth of a plant is chemical change

it is a chemical chage because in chemical chage new substances will be formed even in a plant growth a seed changes to a seedling

Growth of a plant is chemical change as during photosynthesis the plants use sunlight and convert it chemical energy. It is also an irreversible process hence, it is a chemical change.
