➡️H2O molecule has intermolecular hydrogen bonding due to which the molecules are held together and are present in form of liquid. This happens because oxugen has high electronegativity.
➡️While H2S doesn't have intermolecular hydrogen bonding as sulphur has much less electronegative. hence exists as gas.

here is your answer:-
h2o exist as liquid at room temperature but h2s doesn't, the reason is sulphur is less electro negative than oxygen hence S-H bond is less polar than O-H bond. so there is no hydrogen bonding in h2s so it normally exist as a gas.
