Why h2o2 behaves as oxidizing reagent and reducing agent?

h2O2 behaves as oxidizing reagent and reducing agent because when when the compound gives oxygen it is said to be oxidising agent but when the compound loss oxygen then it is said to be reducing agent but here it acts as a reducing agent because it is oxidised itself
