In h2o there is hydrogen bonding because oxygen has a high electronegativity(only second to flourine). so, the hydrogen atoms from other molecules of water forms a hydrogen bonds with oxygen resulting in intermolecular hydrogen bonding but the bonding between hydrogen and sulphur is not so strong so it is gas

Answer:
in h2o there is hydrogen bonding as o is more electro negative
If there is hydrogen bonding then it takes more energy to breake the bond and thus room temperature is not enough on the other hand h2s does not so it is gas i=at room temperature
