Max was a slender,thin man who had broken into Ausable's Room because he wanted the important papers regarding some missiles.When max said that he wanted the papers by keeping fowler and ausable at his gunpoint,there was a knock at the door.Ausable easily outwitted max by saying that there was police knocking at the door.Ausable told him to go and hide in the balcony of the next room.But,Since there was no balcony,Max fell down from the building and died.On the contrary,There was no police but instead it was the waiter who had come to give ausable the drinks he had ordered.
