The head teacher had summoned Albert in order to ask him to leave the school. ... Einstein's refusal to cooperate in the class,behave according to the teacher's dictum and being rebellious was obstructive in the way of carrying out work in the classroom.

He summoned Einstein saying that he would not at all succeed in life and what all career he would chose will not help him and he is waste. He did this because Einstein was not  a normal student and he always clashes with his teachers. He was suffocated with the strict rules and regimentation there in the school.
