If a person looses his both kidneys then he or she will be treated with this dialysis. The waste blood is taken out and the good blood with few nutrients in it is sent into the persons body. This process is known as haemodialysis. Haemodialysis is totally different from a kidney. Kidney contains nitrogenous wastes whereas haemodialysis does not . But it functions totally like a kidney. Since it is similar to a kidney it is named as an artificial kidney.
