Why half protein is staying in gel itself during western blot transfer?

The thing is the MWM it seems to be tranfer but there´s no protein on the membrane or gel.
i saw online a few photos of the ponceau S stain and the bands are pretty obvious.
maybe the proteins are passing through, but is strange because there are a 100 kDa proteins in my sample. i don´t know if is the setting or what. the buffer is the Towbin buffer, is the most common,
