IT IS MADR UNTOUCHBILITY A PUNISHIBLE OFFENCE BECAUSE ,THE CONSTITUTION WANTS TO PRROVE THAT EVERYONE ARE EQUALLY TREATED IN INDIA AND ALSO NO BODY CAN BE DOMINATED BY ANY PERSON.
IT ALSO TELLS THAT NO BODY IS NEITGER HIGH NOR LOW .
