Foreign plants are also known as invasive plants or invasive species and the one which is not a native vegetation to the place where it is knowingly or accidentally introduced and hence, propagates.

The problems with such foreign plants are that in the new adaptation they grow, at times, they impede and outgrow the native or local vegetation due to unavailability of their known controls or enemies that controlled their growth where such plants were the native plants.

For example, this would disrupt or badly harm the wildlife that depend on the local plants.
