Why has hellen ,the ghost been helping the narrator write ghost stories ?why was she going on strike ?what condition did she place for providing continued help?

Helen the ghost has been helping the narrator to write ghost stories as the narrator got rid of the Ouija board she went on strike at the Ghosts we've been repeatedly given ko sorry disturb by the Ouija board she and her fellow Ghosts wanted to protest against the usage Ouija board to continue her help she demanded the complete removal of Ouija board till where the narrator could help.
According to Helen the ghosts were being called from their beds too often which tired them and because of that they did not have time for other activities like haunting places and inspiring writers without ideas. They now have to sit in front of a table and answer very rogue questions. So as a protest against this the ghost were going on a strike.
