why has jodhpur hot desert type of climate????​

Delhi , the capital if India , It recieves rainfall from both south - west monsoons and and the south - east moonsoons. Delhi also recieves 2 cm of rainfall during the summer season because of the local storms.

Jodhpur recieves less rainfall -

i) The Aravalli hills do not check the South - west minsoons because these move parallel to the Aravallu hills.

ii) Morever , the temperature is also high. The monsion winds that pass above the desert get dry and , as such , do not cause any rain.
