Lencho is described as 'an ox of a man' to denote his strength and will power to work. He used to toil very hard, in order to cultivate and harvest his crops. Therefore, he is called so.❤️

Answer:

In the chapter "Letter to God" lencho was a poor farmer who lived in the outskirts of the city in a valley where he and his family feed on his only corn field. In that chapter lencho was said to be a Ox of man because he worked day and night in his fields and only wanted to good will. Another thing was that he believed in god with a great faith.
