Hi there,
The Fountain' is a beautiful poem written by James Russel. The Writer describes the fountain in 3 completely different aspects. In the sunshine, it's Bright and upward Spring and sparkling. Within the Moonlight, it seems snowy white and sways rhythmically like flowers once the wind rushes. Below the visible light, it rises and falls like spray. All the time it's cheerful and spirited. All the time it appears to be aspiring Higher and better. The writer desires to find out these qualities of Freshness, amendment fitness, constancy and aspiring from the Fountain.
Hope it helped.
