Why has the mirror called eye of the god in the poem mirror?

The mirror is called the eye of the God in the poem because it reflects whatever it sees truely and equally feeling for all,just like the God Its decision and reflection is impartial or unbaised to anything and thus it is shown not to be affected  by love or hatred.
