I often hear that the Indians were a peaceful civilization and they never invaded another country in 10,000 years of its history. I agree India was relatively peaceful, but I don't think it is true India never invaded another land? What about Sri Lanka? And greater India, including colonies like Indonesia, Cambodia, Burma and many other South East Asian colonies?
Surely there was a lot of internal conquests as well between the different kingdoms?
