AIDS stand for acquired immune deficiency syndrome.it is caused with the attack of HIV stands for human immune virus .scientists till haven't found any drug or cure because it doesn't have a particular shape identity characteristics or nature .it features constantly remain changing.so scientist do not get a accurate info. about HIV for they didn't find any  vaccine..
