why HCP and CCP have same packing fraction?

CCP stands for cubic closed packing , FCC is for face centered cubic structure and HCP is for hexagonal cubic packing . Both the structures have a packing efficiency of 74% . ... Ccp (cubic closed packing) is another name given to FCC( face centered cubic ) but HCP is not same.
