Hey buddy here is ur answer ......

Basically if an element has 8 electrons in its valence shell or 2 electrons in its only shell like helium it does not require anymore electron as its shell is already completed and hence it neithet loses nor gain electrons.

hope u like answer .....

plz mark it as brainalist one ...

Hey friend, Harish here.

Here is your answer.

He - Helium

Ne - Neon

Ar - Aragon

All these three elements are noble gases. Hence they have octet configuration , which means they have completely filled electronic configuration or valence shell is completely filled with the max number of electrons that can be filled . As they have completely filled electronic configuration , there is no need for them to gain , lose or share electron. And they are strong. As they don't need to gain, lose or share electrons their valency is 0.
