Why heat is non organised form of energy why not work in quora?

Everything in this universe has some internal energy (rotational, vibrational, potential...etc). Now, two bodies can interact using their internal energies. 
But you can't just interchange or transfer internal energy from one body to another. So, this interaction is now done with the help of heat transfer, or work transfer. 
A body does not contain heat or work. A body always contains internal energy.But while interacting, it either transfers heat energy, or their is a work transfer (one body does work on the another depending on your preference of system). So, if two bodies having internal energy interacts they will interact by transferring heat/work. But once the transfer has been done it will again convert into internal energy inside the body. And the body on the receiving end will now have a increased internal energy compared to what it had before, and the donating body will have its internal energy decreased.
