Yes,,, the heavy dependence on agricultural sector ( primary) is a feature of underdeveloped country....
,,, Because.....
,, Most of the people r engaged in agriculture work ,so no more production labour is exist, it looses the allocation of resources and economy stayed underdeveloped...
,, The use of resources remains insufficient and not fully as needed for growth because the govt also ensuring only primary sector, it reminds the underdeveloped stage....
