why helium or nitrogen with oxygen filled in oxygen cylinder of sea divers.why not only oxygen..if you say oxygen form toxic in high pressure then why? .......plz give a sensible answer........plzzz​

The main reason for adding helium to the breathing mix is to reduce the proportions of nitrogen and oxygen below those of air, to allow the gas mix to be breathed safely on deep dives. A lower proportion of nitrogen is required to reduce nitrogen narcosis and other physiological effects of the gas at depth.

OXYGEN IS A TOXIC GAS, when it undergoes high pressure.

Oxygen form toxic in high pressure:

The result of breathing increased partial pressures of oxygen is hyperoxia, an excess of oxygen in body tissues. The body is affected in different ways depending on the type of exposure. Central nervous system toxicity is caused by short exposure to high partial pressures of oxygen at greater than atmospheric pressure.
