Why hepatitis B is more dangerous than AIDS ?

In AIDsb,a person looses it's AIDs viruses reduces the natural immunity of the human body ,therefore the patient suffering from AIDs becimes more prone to many other infections ,but in Hepatitis B ,a person's body's immune system response aggressively to the virus that usually leads to inflammation and harms the liver.
Therefore it is considered more harmful than AIDs
