why hot tea get cool in atmosphere whereas cold water get hot.

because of conduction of heat. nature always prefer balancing and neutralization.tempature of hot tea decreases to make it s same as temp. of environment. same thing happens in the case of cold water due to conduction of heat.

this is because heat of tea gets vapourised ! cold water felt hot ,it's because the temperature of atmosphere gets decrease and temperature of our body remain same , but in actual water is cold in winter ,it feels hot because of more decrease in atomspeheric temperature / and earth temperature than the temperature of water and our body .
