Human beings are considered as the most important resource because only resource that can discover and find new resources for the development of the world.

Well, my understanding of ‘Humans’ as ‘Resources’ is based on concepts of business and capitalism.
Humans have following qualities:-
1Intelligence
2Analytical skill
3Physical Capabilities
4communication
5persuasion
6Intellectual
7Sense
These above mentioned qualities makes a human more resourceful for development and expansion for economical advancemen
Speaking technically resources are anything that can be utillised for our advantage and well being. Now humans are the at intelligent beings out here on earth. And if they are trained and utilised properly then it will lead to development and better living conditions. Say if humans never utilised their intelligence,we would still be caveme. Im just speaking technically. I know that as we got more intelligent we have harmed the earth more etc etc but that'll be a different topic.
