why human body get current when touch to open ele . circuit?

I think reason they never get shocked or burned is because they never touch the ground and the power lines at the same time, so they never close the circuit. But whenever someone or something does accidentally close the circuit, they feel the pain, because all that energy has to go somewhere.

our body is a Good conductor which will allow current to pass through them.
During repair work if body comes contact with current carrying wire then there will be accident as if we use rubber which is an insulator which do not allow current to pass through them.Hence any electricians uses the rubber gloves while repairing the electric circuit

bcoz wire has free elecrton which leades to the flow of ele.currnt?.....
