Explanation:

The polymerase can't be used in PCR because it can not work at a higher temperature, however, a specialised DNA polymerase known as Taq DNA polymerase helps to overcome the present problem.

Answer: The DNA polymerase is the enzyme used in DNA replication which forms DNA and helps in its copying.

Explanation: The DNA polymerase enzyme is very sensitive to pH , temperature and if temperature is high the DNA gets denatured and cannot handle over wide range of temperature where as Tag polymerase is used because they are found in extreme temperatues and are thermophiles which can handle the range over seventy to seventy five degree celsius hence don't gets denatured hence is used.
