Ingenious people lived here for thousand of years. This primitive tribal live in the forest.The density wolf population is low in this region. excessive heat and humidity is a serious hardship to development in this area. Malaria, yellow fever and other tropical diseases are quite common. Limited number of tribal people live in small clearing in the forest, so human settlements are scattered and small.

Amazon Basin is the richest example of human interaction with the environment. To let it stay rich with vegetation it has now become imminent to use the resources from the basin intelligently. We humans interact with the environment for our benefits but doing so at the cost of ecology can be fatal for our generations to come. and that's why settlements are small in Amazon region.
