Human trafficking means when we buy or sell human fir earning money or any other thing. It is still a world wide social issue in every country's society. According to our constitution in article 23 human trafficking and forced labour of child is strictly prohibited, if someone will get caught will end up having heavy charged from Indian court. what causes human trafficking? well there are some reasons, illiteracy, poverty, need of money, selling human to other countries, these all are the social problems of our society, that is why human trafficking is also a social problem in our country. All these things are belong to our society that is also a reason why human trafficking is considered a social problem. Goverment is taking necessary actions against those who Violates against the article 23 in which it is written that human trafficking and forced labour is prohibited, anyone who will be caught doing this will get imprisoned for not less than 7 years.
