According to our constitution in article 23 human trafficking and forced labour of child is strictly prohibited, if someone will get caught will end up having heavy charged from Indian court. what causes human trafficking? well there are some reasons, illiteracy, poverty, need of money, selling human to other countries, these all are the social problems of our society, that is why human trafficking is also a social problem in our country.
