Inorder to fly how can we reduce the density of our body than density of the air?

humans cannot fly like birds because there bones are filled with air inside and humans bones are made of matter which are very heavy and cannot fly.
But by reducing our density we can fly but we cannot do it because our brain and heart only can weigh hoti one kilo approx.
