your question is wrong hydrogen contains one electron and 1 neutron and proton respectively

sanu153: Hydrogen contain only one proton nothingelse
laksssss: Hydrogen only contains 1 proton and electron respectively in its stable form
nilesh43: one proton is taken as combined with neutron
Anonymous: no there is only one proton in hydrogen no neutron...

As we know atomic mass is the sum of neutrons and protons and we also know that atomic mass of hydrogen is 1..
So at least proton or neutron should be zero..
Here proton can't be zero because there is one electron in hydrogen atom so there should be one positive charge to neutralise that negative charge...
That's why hydrogen atom does not have a neutron....

Hope this helps you... ☺️☺️
