✔HYDROGEN gas is not produced when a metal reacts with Nitric Acid ( HNO3). This is because Nitric Acid is a strong Oxidizing Agent . It oxidized the Hydrogen produced and itself gets reduced to any one of the oxides of Nitrogen .
