why I m not able to concentrate on my studies.....I don't know plzzz help me...​

due to diverging of mind in other topic such as eating, play games in phone and want to watch TV these are reason for not getting concentrated on studies and if you want to study then make table of time such as play 1 HR then study 2 HR and another idea is wake up at 5 am at morning then wash mouth with cold water than open your gallery door then stand their for 5 mins then you will able to study for 2 or more hr
