why I should not keep curd and sour substance in copper vessel...?
but copper is lower in metal reactivity series than hydrogen.....so that means that copper won't be able to displace the hydrogen atoms of (sour substance)....
thus we should we able to store sour things in copper container as there will be no reaction.........but still....it is said not to do it
plsss...tell why....and write your own explanation in your own words 20 points
.....every thing is acidic beacuse of presence of hydrogen...but if hydrogen doesn't reacts with other substance then the whole thing won't react.....and copper doesn't reacts with hydrogen

Explanation:
as we know that metal is basic in nature whereas curd is lactic acid so when base and acid reacts it form salt and water which looses the tendency of curd and taste and it is harmful for body if we eat
