why ice at 273k more effective on cooling than water at same temprature​

Answer:

Because it have lower enthalpy then the water at liquid state. As water have extra KE and lattice energy of fusion it posses more energy so as it have already greater energy so it will absorb less energy upto its specific heat capacity.And ice does have very less amount of these energies so it is able to take more heat in order to attain the state of equilibrium with the surrounding.
