Ignition temperature is the temperature above which substance starts burning..
and for a good combustible substance it should be low.
infact substance having low ignition temperature is considered better combustible substance as compared to that one having higher ignition temperature

Because combustible substances can catch fire way quickly than non-combustible substances. If the ignition temperature is low ( meaning it can catch fire quickly then it a combustible/ inflammable substance).
