Immune system is important because it works like a shield and fight the disease causing microbes like bacteria and viruses which enters into our body through air, water or by touch.....For example, if a person's immune system is weak then he will catch cold or fever once the germs enter his body, on the other hand, a person with strong immune strength can counter those germs many times. So it is important to keep our immune system healthy to remain fit and sound.
