Amoeba is a unicellular organism and human is a multicellular organism .thus, in a amoeba respiratory is diffusion but not in human because the size of the multicellular is large in size which will take a long time to make oxygen available to all the body cells and the size unicellular organism is small which will take less time to make oxygen available to all the body cells.
