Why in China the government is always formed by the communist party

Communist party of China was formed in 1921 and is based on the principle of democratic centralism. It is based on ideology of Marx, Lenin , Mao Zedong and exercises strict control over China's society, economics, culture.

a. Holding elections is an important aspect of democracy , but what constitutes those elections is an important issue to deal with.
b. Whether the elections have been organised in a democratic manner, whether those elections offered meaningful choice to the voters are some important questions that determine nature of democratic rule.
c. With regard to China, elections are held regularly after a span of 5  years for electing Chinese Parliament or National People's congress.
d.There are almost 3,000 representatives who are elected by the people.
e. Some members are also elected by the army.
f. However, only those candidates who are affiliated with communist parties or its allies are allowed to contest elections. 
g. A candidate in order to contest also need approval of the Communist party in China.
h. Thus there are no choices available to the people in China.
i. The elections in China are not rather free and fair, as there is no opposition to the ruling party and that the Communist party in power does not have fair chance of losing. 
j.  Thus, The government in China ,is always formed by the Communist Party
