The atmosphere and environmental conditions of earth support life. for example - presence of oxygen, favourable temperature, favourable atmospheric conditions etc. which are not present in other planets.

There are 100 billion galaxies in the world. Our galaxy alone has 300 billion stars. Of these say at least half of came existence before sun itself.
And of these say 10% have earth like planets. That means there are 1.5 billion stars similar to earth in our galaxy alone.
Now, since they are older than our sun, any such planet of these 1.5 billion stars should have a life much evolved than ours. If humans have evolved have so much over just 200,000 years, imagine what 100,000,000 old planet might have evolved into.
Such an evolved form of life, would have had the power to consume the entire power of their star, colonize constellations or at least send signals to earth.
You might bring in any theory to contradict this, but the fact remains that no life has ever been found outside Earth except those astronauts in the ISS. ;)
At least no life exists in the observable universe.
