why in group 13 IE decreases down the group but IE of Al and Ga are almost same?

As d and f orbitals are unable to shield the nucleus in gallium so the nucleus moves to the fourth shell attracting it towards it resulting in shrinkage of shell and reducing the size whereas the element Al has no d and f orbitals whatsoever, it is bigger in size than gallium so gallium has more IE.
