Because white is only colour which reflects the sunlight and does not absorb any Sun radiations into itself on other hand in cold countries the houses are mostly painted in black colour because due to the lack of the sunlight and the black colour is the most useful colour for observing the sun radiation therefore in the cold countries black colour are used in hot countries white colour I used to paint the houses
