Why in pyrrole the carbon atoms near to N has maximum electron density? Due to inductive effect it should have the least electron density right?

Due to inductive effect it should have the least electron density right? 1. The resonance in pyrrole is due to the conjugation of double bonds of C and lone pair on N. Thus, as we see the resonance stabilization of pyrrole below we see that the C next to N have electron density.
