In the life cycle of the women the women produces about 400 ovaries in young age.
But in an infant or at age 5to 6 years the girl produces about 2,00,000 ovaries.
The first is the women have the ovaries. In which every one ovary comes into the uterus and wait for the sperm and if the sperm gets then the baby is formed. Otherwise the ovary is damaged and by that the menstruation occur.
The men's don't undergo this process therefore the menstruation does not occur in men's.
