Why India and Pakistan didn't do friendship ?

Because Pakistan don't want to cooperate and it only wants to fight and fight with us for the old consequences between us... INDIAis willing to do friendship with Pakistan but no cooperation and coordination is there in them..

ohh I think they should be friend ,but Pakistan will not stop its bad work like friendship with terrorists and cheating etc. so that's not good for India ..
if Pakistan will stop its illegal works then I think India can friendship otherwise no need to friendship with a country like pakistan..
