why,INDIA dont use to win medals in olympics instead of having such a big,effective and good youth population​

In India, players are not trained with a mindset of winning Gold medal, they trained only to represent India or the thinking i.e. It is okay if we got Bronze .....

eventhough india has more youth population . it has a fear in competition with other countries because of prestige issue . but other countries dont fear a lot because of sportivness . they take a game as sport but we take it as prestige . so they win gold we win bronze or leave with nothing
