Why Indian Constitution can't changed wholly or questioned

Because it had been started from our both Rajya and lok sabha and can't be wholly changed

the indian constitution cant change wholly as there are some basic fundamentals rights and duties that are inremovable as they give the citizens basics rights and these laws have been carefully discussed clause by clause. howeverthey can be changed
