Why indian constitution is called rigid as well as flexible?

Heya....
Indian Constitution is rigid because *******in the Constitution there is a complex process to change or renew any rule....
******sometimes it takes lots of time and arguments do that the needed changes loose it's value...
At the same time Indian Constitution is flexible also....**** Because in the Constitution there is an allowance to change the laws other than fundamental rights...
****It can be rotate by the modernization or according to demand....
