Why Indian's are smarter than others?

I don’t think anyone’s smarter than anyone else. God has given everyone intelligence in varying degrees, so a general sample of any culture would have a mix of smart and not-so-smart people.
What is much more important is “What have we done with our smartness?” What sort of a society have we created? Is this the society we wanted?
70 years ago, the British drew some lines on our maps and divided us. We have been fighting ever since. Is this evidence of our smartness? The West is selling us billions of dollars of defence equipment because we always have a war-like situation. Who is benefiting from this situation? Where is our smartness? We keep reducing our health and education budgets at the expense of defence. Smartness?

It is a fact bcz of following reasons-
Their/our ancestors were scientific and so is our culture we don't interfere (so called) science in it and so live best life...
We accept reforms...
Accept every relegion, belief
We have provided the world with a many theories which give solutions to the worldly problems...
We know the future of earth which cant be predicted by today's so called science.....
We live with nature and for nature
