Why information available on the internet cannot always to be taken at face-value? Give three reasons.

What does it mean when an article is referred to as being independent?

1) the information available on the Internet cannot be always taken as face-value, because,

i) The source of the information may contain spam data from different spam sources.

ii) The information can be confidential and unauthorised usage of those data for personal reasons can cause major problems.

iii) The accuracy of the data cannot be judged by a single article.

2) An independent article is an article which has no shared or copied ideas or informations in the whole construction of that article.

In simple words, a plagiarism free article is an independent article.
